Cyclife Digital Solutions attaches great importance to the protection and confidentiality of privacy and, more specifically, of personal data.

What type of data does Cyclife Digital Solutions collect about you?

How does Cyclife Digital Solutions use your data?

Cyclife Digital Solutions uses your data for the purposes of executing and managing the contract. This includes the management of your customer account and the contractual relationship, the installation, maintenance, supply and management of the subscribed service or ordered product, the provision of assistance, the processing of your requests, the invoicing of the service or product, the management of claims and disputes and collection procedures, also through third parties.

This data is kept for up to 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship and/or for the legal period. Without this data, Cyclife Digital Solutions would not be able to provide the services you have subscribed to.

Cyclife Digital Solutions may also use your data where it has a legitimate interest or, where applicable, with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. For example, your data may be used by Cyclife Digital Solutions to inform you via newsletters or mailings of events or news items relating to the nuclear industry.

Unless you object, you may receive information or newsletters by e-mail.

This data is kept for the time necessary to achieve these purposes, and for a maximum of five years from the end of the contractual relationship in the case of direct marketing.

Cyclife Digital Solutions may also use your data to comply with its legal obligations (including provisions concerning late or non-payment) and/or to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities. This data will be kept for the legal period only.

How can you manage the collection and use of your data?

Cyclife Digital Solutions’ subcontractors and partners may be located outside the European Union.
