Strengthening Operational Excellence: Lean collaboration between Cyclife Gmbh & Cyclife Digital Solutions

In december 2025 Cyclife Gmbh welcomed Jean-Baptiste and Yann for two days of on-site support in Karlsruhe, extending the Yellow Belt training provided in October.

After the theory, it was time for practice: the teams worked on real cases related to dismantling activities to embed Lean into their daily work.

Highlights of these two days !

▶️ practical application of Lean tools in common operations
▶️ identification of high-impact opportunities for improvement

This approach demonstrates once again that Lean can be fully applied, even in complex environments such as nuclear decommissioning.
