Our Lean training and support programmes are continuing!

Our consultants Jean-Baptiste MAMMES and Yann Zagala were delighted to take part, on 5 March, in the first seminar for Lean managers within the Cyclife Group.
It was an event rich in discussion, the sharing of experiences and collective intelligence.
They also had the opportunity to lead several training workshops, actively contributing to skills development within the network.

The objective:
To share best practices (empowering organisations, equipment ownership, etc.) and deepen understanding and practical application of various tools (standardisation, Hoshin Kanri, etc.) through presentations, feedback, games and discussions

The result:
Strong commitment from the participants, who left with numerous ideas and methods to put into practice within their respective subsidiaries

We will continue to support the Cyclife Group in the roll-out of Lean by making the expertise of our Black Belt-certified consultants available to the various entities, through training courses, workshops or on-site support!
