A look back at a very productive workshop!

A workshop on collaborative working, involving entities from the Cyclife Group, took place at EDF DP2D, organised by the DONM (Digital Tools and Methods Unit) with the support of Yann, our consultant.

The aim was to share and discuss collaborative processes and tools across the various entities in order to identify potential improvements and best practices.

The 32 participants exchanged views on their different experiences and projects, and identified common processes and tools as well as areas for improvement, which are now being analysed by the DONM and our #Lean department.

Well done and thank you to everyone involved in this workshop for their commitment and the quality of the work achieved!
